Refund policy

Every Spark Bird Club tee is made to order, so we're unable to accept returns for reasons of taste or fit alone — but if something's genuinely wrong, we'll make it right.

Damaged or misprinted items: If your tee arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size/color from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Sizing: Comfort Colors tees use standard US unisex sizing, but fit preference varies. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

How to request a resolution: Email hello@sparkbirdclub.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
